Stored in Switzerland. AI in the EU.

Your confidential company data is the heart of your business. Olaph keeps it in Switzerland and sends the AI only what a task needs, and only to EU services.

Questions, answered.

Where is my data stored?

In Switzerland: the app, its database, your files and the encrypted backups, hosted in Swiss data centres. Only AI processing, like transcribing a meeting or reading a receipt, runs on EU services (Mistral AI and AssemblyAI); the results are stored back in Switzerland.

Does Olaph change things without asking?

Only routine work that is certain, like booking a bank payment that matches an invoice exactly or saving meeting notes to your wiki. Each of these is marked “Done by Olaph”, shown in the inbox and can be undone. Anything that leaves the company, like an offer or a reminder, waits for a person.

Can other companies see my data?

No. Every company works in its own workspace, and its credentials and sensitive fields are encrypted with its own key.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. The owner can export the whole company, every record and every file, as one download, at any time, or delete the company completely.

Can a company in Germany use Olaph?

Olaph is built for Swiss companies. A company in Germany can keep its invoices, expenses and bookkeeping in EUR in Olaph, but Olaph doesn’t create e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and doesn’t file the German VAT return (UStVA).

Do I need any other tools?

No. Everything works in the browser, at your desk or on your phone. Integrations are there if you want to keep a tool you already use.
